• Translation by native-speaker translator with minimum 15 years of experience in translation field, subject-matter expertise, and certified by a major translator association.

Standard Translation Services Workflow Process

• Project management and planning services
• Translation by native-speaker translator with minimum 15 years experience in translation field, subject-matter expertise, and certified by a major translator association
• The translation is edited and proofread by a second, equally qualified translator
• Quality control by our in-house quality control process

-Other steps may include typesetting/formatting services by our design team and an additional level of proofreading of the formatted documents. After evaluating your project, a Global Link staff member will advise if formatting is required for your project.

-Global Link is able to certify translations that go through the standard translation services workflow process. The certification will be signed by Global Link’s management.

Premium Translation Services Workflow Process

• Project management and planning services
• Translation by a native-speaker translator with minimum 15 years of experience in translation field, subject-matter expertise, and certified by a major translator association
• The translation is edited and proofread by a second equally qualified translator
• Reviewed and proofread by a third, equally qualified translator
• Quality control by our in-house quality control process

If Required:

• Multilingual typesetting/formatting services by Global Link’s design team
• Formatted documents are proofread for any discrepancies caused by formatting, such as improper hyphenation, omissions, etc.

-Other services may include test marketing of the foreign-language version of the documents by linguists located within the target locale, certified translations, back translation and verification process, and cultural consulting of content.

-After a thorough evaluation, a Global Link staff member will advise if this is the appropriate service level for you.
