Multilingual DTP

Our design team will layout the foreign language version to replicate your source.  Your brochure will be fully localized to your local markets.  

Global Link’s attention to detail is reflected in our DTP capabilities. We can create or replicate multilingual versions of your publications—even with “double byte” languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) which requires technical and language expertise. We produce camera-ready copy, using all industry-standard software for both the Macintosh and Windows environment.  We can handle a wide array of software programs in all languages, including:

• Adobe – Framemaker, Pagemaker, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Macromedia – Flash, Director and Authorware
• QuarkXpress and QuarkXpress Passport

Linguistic Review Cycle

The translation is proofread by an editor for grammatical and syntactic accuracy, appropriateness of style, and for possible omissions. The editor then works with the original translator to decide which changes to implement in the final product. Finally, a project manager ensures the final product meets the client’s specifications and requirements through our in-house quality check.
